This study examined the effects of coworkers’ perceptions of fairness of disability accommodation on their behavioral outcomes (i.e., coworkers’ support, counterproductive work behavior). This research highlights that understanding coworkers’ perceptions of justice during accommodation yields opportunities to enhance the positive role of coworkers in the accommodation process.
