This video explains how the Career Link program helped Matt find employment in his field of study. Through the Nova Scotia Works Centre TEAM Work Cooperative, Matt participated in pre-employment workshops to help prepare for his transition to work, and he was paired with a Job Developer to help find the right employment opportunity for his skills and needs. Fundmetric hired Matt, and with support from the Career Link program, both Matt and his new employer were able to create a sustainable employment relationship.
