Partnership Opportunities

Position yourself as a leader and influencer.

Many conference delegates sit in front of a stage on which three people stand, one speaking and one interpreting. Extra large screen on the left displays conference logo and large screen on right has speaker captions.

Showcase Your Organization to 400 Delegates

Showcase your organization and products/services to 400 delegates from across the country committed to employment inclusion—and position your organization as a leader and influencer.

Delegates come from community-based organizations and private and public sectors. They include various career development and human resources professionals (including leaders and managers), employers, business associations and sector councils, labour unions, and education and training.

Increase Visibility, Awareness, and Networking

The National Supported Employment Conference offers partnership opportunities for every organization to increase visibility, awareness-building, and networking in person, on the website, in the conference app, and in materials.

Why You Should Partner with Supported Employment

One in five workers in Canada experiences some type of disability (Statistics Canada). Supported employment supports workers experiencing disability and employers to set them both up for successful recruiting and retention.

Professionals in Canada’s supported employment sector connect with job seekers, workers, and employers every day. They work hands-on and they are employment leaders and decision-makers in communities and in organizations in every province and territory.

Supported employment service providers support workers experiencing disability through skills assessment, employment training, job coaching, building relationships with employers, and mediating accommodations. They can support employers through every stage of the employment cycle, disability inclusion training, and the development and implementation of disability inclusion plans.
