Impact of Innovation

Innovation drives economic and social change. This course fosters a deeper awareness around the developmental process of innovation for employment service providers. It explores the value of innovation in advancing employment inclusion for job seekers who experience disability.

The course offers:

  • Information around effective planning and evaluation processes.
  • Strategies to ideate, evaluate, and execute innovative projects.
  • Examples of innovative projects at various stages of development and implementation.
  • Valuable reflections from CASE Innovation Lab project partners across Canada that demonstrate how innovation can create positive impact for people and communities.

Course Delivery

This course is delivered online and can be completed at your convenience in about 2 hours. It offers information, strategies, and downloadable resources. Successful participants receive micro-credentials which can be posted on social media channels like LinkedIn or websites to demonstrate your organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
