Support for apprentices with disability cannot take a one-size-fits all approach. There are many different types of disability that apprentices may live with, each presenting different barriers and requiring different kinds of support. This resource presents information about six different types of disability after direct feedback from employers indicated that this would be a helpful resource. The descriptions include potential strengths of apprentices who live with these disabilities, examples of the types of support that they might find useful, and details of organizations which can help employers to implement additional assistance.
