We have some exciting news to share with you!

The promotion of the workplace inclusion and empowerment of persons experiencing disability continues! We are overjoyed to announce the renewal and continuation of MentorAbility Canada.

Our thanks to all those who contributed to this important initiative!

MentorHabiletés Canada is a national initiative built on the principles of supported employment. Our mission is to promote the recruitment, employment, and retention of persons experiencing disability. Through in-person and virtual mentoring experiences, networking and learning events, and research activities, we aim to create meaningful connections and to foster professional growth.

MentorAbility Canada is funded through the Government of Canada’s Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities. This initiative is coordinated nationally by CASE, in collaboration with implementing partners across the country.

Le Bureaux de coordination de MentorHabiletés coordinate activities in provinces and territories across the country. These Hubs serve as the first connection point for local employment service providers, persons experiencing disability (or mentees), and employers or mentors who engage staff to offer mentoring opportunities in their workplaces.

Together, we provide information, knowledge, and tools to facilitate beneficial short-term mentoring opportunities.
