Innovation Lab Collaborative Impact
The Innovation Lab Project
More Employment Opportunities for More Workers
Many Canadian organizations dream of bringing life to their solutions to the employment barriers faced by persons experiencing disability. The CASE Innovation Lab Project was proud to take part in facilitating some of those visions, supported by funding from Employment and Social Development Canada’s Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program.
Over the course of three years, the Innovation Lab supported the development and implementation of 27 innovative solutions in the supported employment sector and in workplaces.
Dreams spark action, and collaboration magnifies results.

Understanding Diverse Employment Experiences
Innovation Lab Research
The CASE Innovation Lab collaborated with four organizations — DAWN Canada, Community Futures Treaty 7, Canadian Council on Disability and Work, and Aspect BC — to develop position papers on intersectionality, disability, and employment in Canada.
