The program offered valuable support, guidance, and networking opportunities and allowed her to take concrete actions towards her career goals.

Jacia described her experience with the MentorAbility program as transformative, significantly impacting her professional and personal journey. From the outset, the warm and welcoming environment at MNP, an accounting firm, created a positive atmosphere for learning and growth. “From my first meeting at MNP, the staff fostered a sense of community and support,” shared Jacia.   
 
The personalized guidance of her mentor, Tara, a seasoned professional in the financial sector, was instrumental in this successful experience. Tara spent time understanding Jacia’s career goals and strengths, then tailored her insightful advice accordingly.   
 
This mentorship experience also offered Jacia the opportunity to forge valuable local connections. Interactions through MNP provided opportunities for her to network with community businesses and to gain contacts.
