Solution-Focused Career Practioner

The solution-focused approach invites us to remember that every job seeker holds a core part of the solution to their employment challenges. By listening deeply, remaining genuinely curious, and asking powerful solution-focused questions, we invite the job seeker to envision their preferred employment future while exploring the strengths, resources, and sources of motivation that will enable them to achieve their goals.
