The Project: Over the next three years, CASE will deliver its ‘MentorAbility Canada Project’ to support persons with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining and maintaining employment or becoming self-employed, thereby increasing their economic participation and independence. By recruiting and engaging employers as Mentors and matching them with protégés (people with disabilities), they will provide people with disabilities the skills, advice and confidence to successfully maintain and explore their choice for employment in the business mentors industry sector. 

The Organization:  The Canadian Association of Supported Employment (CASE) is a non-profit, professional association focusing on supporting membership who work with people with disabilities and employment through a supported employment platform. CASE was established in 1999 and has several Affiliate Chapters across the country. Annually, CASE offers members a conference focusing on professional development and excellence within the field.

We are a growing organization with an exciting new project that will change the lives of over a thousand persons with disabilities. Our members include respected leaders and organizations across Canada.
