Rebecca left this MentorAbility experience with a clearer understanding of the career possibilities ahead and a better sense of where her strengths may shine.

Rebecca was eager to explore a variety of career paths. With guidance from her job coach at WASO Employment Services, she was matched through the MentorAbility program with her mentor Isabella, the Grocery Manager at Red River Co-op Food Store.

Isabella welcomed Rebecca with enthusiasm and provided a detailed, hands-on tour of the store. She introduced her to each department, clearly explaining the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of staff in every area: from produce and deli to customer service and inventory.

This mentorship was a valuable opportunity for Rebecca to see a range of career options all within one business setting. By observing different roles in action, she gained insight into where she might feel most confident and comfortable.

Thanks to Isabella’s guidance, Rebecca left this MentorAbility Experience with a clearer understanding of the career possibilities ahead and a better sense of where her strengths may shine.

Good luck in your employment journey, Rebecca!
