The Canadian Association for Supported Employment and Inclusion Canada’s Ready, Willing and Able Initiative are thrilled to introduce, DEAM Discussions, a series of five focus group sessions held throughout September and October.
By participating, you can help shape the development of national resources for the supported employment community of job seekers, employers and service providers.
We warmly welcome you to join us and lend your voice to the conversation. These focus groups present a unique opportunity for individuals from all backgrounds and abilities to come together and drive positive change in disability inclusive employment.

Whether you’re a service provider dedicated to empowering job seekers, an employer seeking to create a more inclusive workplace, or an individual looking for meaningful employment, your voice matters!

Focus group schedule:
September 20 — Navigating New Horizons: Innovative post-secondary pathways with service providers
September 27 — Exploring Self-Employment and Entrepreneurship
October 4 -— Decoding the Job Coach’s Impact on Employer Relationships
October 11 -— Ascending Careers: Strategies for advancement explored by agency leaders
October 18 -— Bridging Success: Agency Collaboration
Each focus group session will be held on a Wednesday at 6 p.m. (EDT).
We will be offering a $100 honorarium for all job seekers who attend the focus group session on October 18.
