Like all organizations, at CASE our strength comes from the great people who make up our team. Today we are thrilled to announce our new CASE MentorAbility National Trainer, Belinda Deenik!
Belinda comes to CASE with a wealth of knowledge and experience in training design, development and delivery, much of it in service to supporting people who experience disability to become valued, engaged and contributing members of their communities. She is well-versed in adult learning theory, instructional design, group facilitation, and adapting content to multiple stakeholder groups and learning styles. Belinda will focus on developing and delivering training for the MentorAbility Canada Project stakeholders – proteges, employer mentors, and local coordinators. She will also be supporting CASE to develop the training material and informational resources that our members have told us is important in their work. Welcome Beinda!
