\nCreating safe spaces to engage in brave conversations
\nSharing strategies that support employers in creating working environments that are safe for all staff and clients

July 7 & 14, 2022The \u201cWhy\u201d behind the \u201cHow\u201d: Broadening Discussions Around Diversity and Becoming Liberated
\nThis virtual two-part webinar will increase your awareness about the experiences of those that identify as BIPOC-D, as well as explore the most impactful actions that agencies can implement to strengthen supports and service delivery to BIPOC-D job seekers.
\nIn this webinar we will:<\/p>\n
Identify some of the experiences faced by BIPOC-D job seekers;
\nExamine service providers\u2019 role in creating inclusive environments;
\nIdentify ways Agencies can support the role of the service providers;
\nDiscuss liberating strategies to disrupt and support inclusive employment environments;
\nGain an understanding of the \u201cHow\u201d in front of the \u201cWhy\u201d.<\/p>\n

Both events will be led by Winnifred Grant, BSW, MSW, M.Ed, RSW. Winnie has spent the last 30+ years exploring the impact of racial trauma and the intersectionality of various forms of oppression. Winnie brings an Africentric theoretical perspective and a Critical Race Analysis (CRA) to her work.
