This project aims to explore the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) who experience disability, as they navigate through the different stages of their employment journey with the assistance of supported employment service providers. The Diversity Works project is funded by the Government of Canada\u2019s Workplace Opportunities: Removing Barriers to Equity program. <br \/>\nThis study will be conducted in partnership with the Centre for Community Based Research (CCBR) who will design and carry out participatory, qualitative, and experiential research to capture the employment experiences of BIPOC who experience disability.
