Participer \u00e0 MentorAbility lui a sembl\u00e9 rassurant car elle savait qu'elle serait mise en relation avec des employeurs inclusifs qui se soucient de leur personnel.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le soutien de l'\u00e9quipe ROSEPH a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important dans sa d\u00e9cision de participer. L'\u00e9quipe a pris le temps de discuter avec elle des diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les et de l'aider \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer. Le mentorat a offert une mani\u00e8re rassurante de poser des questions et d'explorer des lieux de travail avec tr\u00e8s peu de pression, sans l'obligation de postuler \u00e0 un poste.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Rose a pu vivre du mentorat sous diff\u00e9rentes formes : une session en ligne d'une heure, et une exp\u00e9rience en personne avec trois mentors dans trois r\u00f4les diff\u00e9rents. Le format en ligne lui a permis de rester chez elle tout en se connectant facilement et directement avec la personne en charge des ressources humaines.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">La r\u00e9union s'est tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9e et a permis \u00e0 Rose d'explorer si ces types de postes pouvaient correspondre \u00e0 son parcours et \u00e0 son profil. Le repr\u00e9sentant des ressources humaines de cette grande entreprise a pris en compte l'exp\u00e9rience administrative ant\u00e9rieure de Rose lors de l'examen des postes possibles au sein de l'organisation. Elle a \u00e9galement reconnu le nouveau parcours de formation de Rose en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre et a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 d'activit\u00e9s de type conf\u00e9rence sur le bien-\u00eatre au travail \u00e0 l'avenir, au moment opportun pour Rose.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">L'exp\u00e9rience en personne a \u00e9t\u00e9 chaleureuse et accueillante. Elle a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 Rose l'occasion de visiter le lieu de travail et de se renseigner sur trois postes diff\u00e9rents. Les trois mentors \u00e9taient sinc\u00e8rement engag\u00e9s et ont pris le temps d'expliquer clairement leurs postes, leurs t\u00e2ches et de r\u00e9pondre aux questions de Rose. La repr\u00e9sentante des ressources humaines les a accueillies, et toute l'\u00e9quipe a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement confortable et de soutien.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le profil de Rose a retenu leur attention, et une future rencontre en personne est pr\u00e9vue avec trois repr\u00e9sentants des ressources humaines de diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements.
