This pairing turned out to be a perfect fit, as Kayla generously shared her\u00a0expertise\u00a0and experience working in retail. She offered Shayla a behind-the-scenes look at retail operations including employee responsibilities, marketing strategies, and merchandising techniques.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Kayla also gave Shayla valuable insight into her personal career journey, making the experience even more inspiring!
