She and her career coach at WASO Employment Services decided that a mentorship at a large organization would\u00a0provide\u00a0valuable insights into her desired profession.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MentorAbility Manitoba matched Natasha with her mentor Michele from the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Manitoba.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During this MentorAbility Experience, Natasha had the opportunity to tour the Graduate Studies department. Michele provided an in-depth explanation of the vital role that front-end reception plays in the daily operations of the office along with practical advice on applying for administrative positions in the future.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Natasha walked away with a clearer sense of direction and was reaffirmed that administrative work is the right path for her.
