Destin was paired with Hershel, the owner\/operator of&nbsp;Armack, and he was introduced to many of the trades within the construction sector: from framing to finishing carpentry, electrical to plumbing, as well as some safety and educational training.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">After his MentorAbility Experience finished, Destin was lucky enough to&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in the Diversity Works Program by WASO Employment Services that was also happening at&nbsp;Armack&nbsp;Construction to gain further hands-on experience in the industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Destin said he could easily see himself working within the construction field after having two successful mentorship opportunities., and he is even considering a two-year carpentry course as a result.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MentorAbility would like to express our gratitude to&nbsp;Armack&nbsp;Construction for a wonderful mentorship, and we are very much looking forward to hearing about all Destin&#8217;s future employment victories!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Destin said he could easily see himself working within the construction field after having two successful mentorship opportunities.
