At the brewery, Frank engaged in hands-on tasks such as mixing waste hops, tasting from beer production, and learning the beer production process\u2014mixing barley, checking temperatures, and performing quality control.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Frank was fascinated by how different varieties of beer are created through adjustments in ingredients and temperatures. This experience helped Frank realize he did not want to work in a kitchen or with the public gain and he preferred working b a more discreet, operational role. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Following Frank\u2019s MentorAbility Experience, he was hired as a janitor with nearly full-time hours, and he\u2019s been enjoying working at his own pace in a supportive, behind-the-scenes role.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Great job Frank!
