Due to her openness in trying different careers, we paired her with one of our excellent partners at Parian Logistics in Winnipeg.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The mentor, who is familiar with MentorAbility, provided Lillian with a wonderful hands-on mentorship in the E-Commerce side of the warehouse. Here she was instructed on how to properly organize, pick out, and pack orders. Lillian mentioned during this mentorship that she felt she was very good at packing products but never would have known this without her MentorAbility Experience with the mentor.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">After the hands-on experience in E-Commerce, Lillian was given a detailed tour of the rest of the warehouse as well as the other departments within Parian Logistics, such as their shipping and distribution departments. The mentor\u2019s knowledge and expertise were invaluable and really gave Lillian a full understanding of the inner workings of the warehouse.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At the end of the tour, Lillian reflected on the day&#8217;s mentorship, saying she had a great time and could see herself working a similar type of job in the future.
