It\u2019s a service provided by the Capital Region Mental Health &amp; Addictions Association (CRMHAA) in Fredericton, New Brunswick.<\/p><p>Staff at Let\u2019s Work understand that having mental health challenges is not the entire \u201cpuzzle of a person.\u201d They know that, with employment support and an openness to building a community of supports and connections, everyone can have a job and a career that enhances their quality of life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5df22c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d5df22c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Services for Workforce Ready Workers<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bcb7fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1bcb7fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Let\u2019s Work specialized team of employment counsellors works with people who are workforce ready. Counsellors stay connected with clients during the initial period of employment or longer, depending on the needs.<\/p><p>Clients are guided through the challenges of beginning and maintaining a new job. As they grow, they strive to be mindful of inclusivity, increasing their cultural competencies and enhancing awareness of well-being in the workplace for both the employees and the employers.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In the broader community, Let&#8217;s Work strives to eliminate stigma around mental health and to support increased access and equity in mental health services.
