Lorsqu&#039;elle explorait ses options, son conseiller d&#039;orientation lui a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 un mentorat MentorHabilet\u00e9s en p\u00e2tisserie et boulangerie comme premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape. Le parcours pour devenir p\u00e2tissier-boulanger est unique\u00a0: il existe de multiples voies\u00a0! Un mentorat pourrait lui apporter des informations compl\u00e9mentaires pour l&#039;aider \u00e0 affiner ses choix.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MentorHabilet\u00e9s Manitoba a mis Madison en relation avec Doug, copropri\u00e9taire et chef p\u00e2tissier de la boulangerie Chocolate Zen. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;aide de son conseiller en emploi, Madison \u00e9tait parfaitement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pour ce mentorat et avait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 d&#039;excellentes questions \u00e0 poser \u00e0 son mentor-e.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Doug est un expert dans son domaine, dans le secteur et en gestion d&#039;entreprise. Il a prodigu\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cieux conseils et a pris le temps d&#039;expliquer \u00e0 Madison les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes pour devenir boulanger. Il a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience personnelle, donn\u00e9 des conseils sur les \u00e9tudes, d\u00e9crit une journ\u00e9e de travail type et bien plus encore.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nous sommes extr\u00eamement reconnaissants \u00e0 Doug et \u00e0 la boulangerie Chocolate Zen Bakery d&#039;avoir organis\u00e9 une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience MentorHabilet\u00e9s aussi fructueuse.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Madison a confi\u00e9 combien sa rencontre avec Doug, son t\u00e9moignage et ses pr\u00e9cieux conseils lui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 utiles. Elle est impatiente d&#039;explorer les diff\u00e9rentes opportunit\u00e9s qu&#039;il lui a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es et de se lancer dans la construction de son propre parcours professionnel en p\u00e2tisserie.
