Their background in competitive skiing created a natural bridge to the industry, leading to a mentorship match with Eric, a manager at a local ski club.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>During their conversation, Eric shared insights into the diverse world of winter recreation employment. Together, they explored how Jonathan&#8217;s unique experience and skills could flourish in various roles, from food and beverage and snowmaking, to coaching and equipment sizing and repair.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Jonathan left the MentorAbility experience confident that the ski industry would be a great fit for employment and excited that they were already growing their professional network thanks to contacts from Eric.
