Il a contact\u00e9 Avalon Employment, o\u00f9 Courtney l&#039;a mis en relation avec le mentor-e id\u00e9al, Alex. <\/p><p>Il s&#039;agissait du premier mentorat d&#039;Alex en tant que mentor-e MentorHabilet\u00e9s . Il se r\u00e9jouissait de partager son exp\u00e9rience et son parcours diversifi\u00e9 en comptabilit\u00e9. <\/p><p>Lors de leur rencontre, Alex a abord\u00e9 le quotidien d&#039;un comptable. Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 Matthew les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir dans ce m\u00e9tier enrichissant. Alex lui a \u00e9galement fourni des informations utiles sur les am\u00e9nagements possibles et sur la mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9fendre ses droits au travail.<\/p><p>Matthew a beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les pr\u00e9cieuses informations qu&#039;Alex a pu lui transmettre.
