Un programme de mentorat MentorHabilet\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place avec Craig, de la Garde c\u00f4ti\u00e8re personne vivant au Canada , afin de discuter de leur processus de recrutement.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lorsque David et Craig se sont rencontr\u00e9s, ils ont longuement discut\u00e9 de leurs exp\u00e9riences professionnelles. Ils ont sympathis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un respect commun pour le travail acharn\u00e9 dans des conditions difficiles\u00a0!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Craig a examin\u00e9 le CV de David et a \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9 par son exp\u00e9rience. Il lui a expliqu\u00e9 le fonctionnement du recrutement au sein des garde-c\u00f4tes et le d\u00e9roulement du processus de candidature. Craig a \u00e9galement d\u00e9crit en quoi consiste un emploi sur l&#039;eau au sein de cette organisation.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">David a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 sa conversation avec Craig et le fait d&#039;avoir pu \u00e9changer avec quelqu&#039;un ayant une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle similaire. Il est reparti avec les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ses questions et la certitude que son CV correspondait au poste de chaudronnier.
