A MentorAbility mentorship was organized with Craig from the Canadian Coast Guard to discuss their recruitment process.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">When David and Craig met, they spent time talking about their work experiences. They connected through a shared respect for hard work in challenging conditions!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Craig reviewed David\u2019s resume and was impressed by his experience. He explained how recruitment works with the Coast Guard and what to expect during the application process. Craig also described what a job on the water involves with their organization.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">David enjoyed his conversation with Craig and connecting with someone with similar work experiences. He left with the answers he needed and feeling confident that his resume fit the Boilermaker position.
