Une visite des installations d&#039;Eastcut Wood Building Solutions a permis \u00e0 Kate, une personne mentor\u00e9e de MentorHabilet\u00e9s , d&#039;approfondir ses connaissances sur la transformation du bois et le secteur de la construction.<\/p><p>Kate pensait \u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par un travail manuel et des t\u00e2ches routini\u00e8res, et le travail chez Eastcut correspondait \u00e0 ce profil. Lorsque nous lui avons indiqu\u00e9 qu&#039;Eastcut organisait une visite de ses installations pour les personnes en recherche d&#039;emploi, elle a souhait\u00e9 y participer.<\/p><p>Cette exp\u00e9rience, superbement encadr\u00e9e par Brae, responsable administrative chez Eastcut, a permis de d\u00e9couvrir toutes les facettes de la production au sein de l&#039;usine\u00a0: de la cr\u00e9ation des plans \u00e0 la d\u00e9coupe sur mesure du bois, en passant par l&#039;assemblage des murs et des charpentes, et m\u00eame la conception des salles de classe modulaires ext\u00e9rieures. Eastcut et son partenaire de production, DORA Modular, ma\u00eetrisent l&#039;ensemble du processus de fabrication et d&#039;assemblage de tout ce qui touche au bois.<\/p><p>La visite de l&#039;usine Eastcut par Kate a renforc\u00e9 son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le travail manuel et son d\u00e9sir de faire carri\u00e8re dans ce secteur. Elle a tout appris sur la transformation du bois et les diff\u00e9rentes t\u00e2ches effectu\u00e9es dans ce type d&#039;usine. Avec une telle vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de postes, Kate est certaine de trouver celui qui lui convient. Brae a beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 son premier mentorat MentorHabilet\u00e9s et envisage de renouveler l&#039;exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 l&#039;avenir.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses nouvelles connaissances, Kate est pr\u00eate \u00e0 int\u00e9grer le secteur de la transformation et de la construction du bois\u00a0!
