Think about your short-term and long-term goals.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Examples:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><strong>Short-Term Inclusion Goals<\/strong><ul><li>Clear policies and procedures around disability disclosure, accessibility, and accommodations are in place by December 2024.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Six new inclusively-hired employees are in place by December 2025. If you have six new inclusively-hired staff by December 2025, you\u2019ve achieved that goal.\u00a0<\/p><p>For less tangible goals, explore what success looks like in your day-to-day operations. length of employment<\/li><li># staff who left, date hired\/date left, length of employment<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element inclusion trainings (# staff attending)<\/li><li># staff who advance in their job (staff experiencing disability\/staff without
