Ces diff\u00e9rences pourraient \u00eatre li\u00e9es \u00e0 des diff\u00e9rences socioculturelles ou \u00e0 la stigmatisation influen\u00e7ant la volont\u00e9 de signaler des sympt\u00f4mes de maladie mentale et d'usage de substances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Diverses \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que les effets cumulatifs du stress et des traumatismes raciaux sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des sympt\u00f4mes d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de d\u00e9pression chez les personnes autochtones, les groupes racialis\u00e9s et les personnes 2LGBTQ+. (4) Tout le monde conna\u00eet l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 de sa vie. d'\u00e9touffement qui rend la parole difficile, une fr\u00e9quence cardiaque rapide, et plus comprennent :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre la parole lors d'une r\u00e9union de travail<\/li>\n<li>Refuser une promotion par peur de l'\u00e9chec<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas pouvoir postuler \u00e0 un emploi ou \u00e0 une promotion<\/li>\n<li>Peur excessive de faire des erreurs ou d\u00e9sir d'\u00eatre \u201c parfait \u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Refuser les invitations \u00e0 socialiser<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9viter l'exposition aux maladies ou aux germes (particuli\u00e8rement apr\u00e8s le COVID)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Des pens\u00e9es inqui\u00e9tantes, comme \u201c Mon patron va se f\u00e2cher \u201d ou \u201c Mes coll\u00e8gues pensent mal de moi \u201d<\/li>\n<li>S'attendre au pire&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Devenir confin\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison ou au bureau \u00e0 cause de peurs ou de
