CCS\u2019s Supported Employment Program helps with the identification and fulfillment of self-directed employment goals for adults with developmental disabilities or who are neurodivergent. Staff develop service plans that reflect Indigenous values and practices and that support Indigenous rights with the goal of decolonizing the system and strengthening local autonomy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2a437c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e2a437c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Benefits to Job Seekers<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4f5c19 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e4f5c19\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Individualized job coaching and support<\/b>:\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Staff work closely with each participant to understand their strengths, interests, and career goals. Job coaches provide personalized support to help individuals develop job skills, search for employment opportunities, prepare for interviews, and succeed in the workplace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Employer partnerships<\/b>: Collaborations with local businesses and employers create inclusive and supportive work environments for individuals with disabilities. Through these partnerships, employers learn the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities. Ongoing support ensures success for both the employee and the employer.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Ongoing support and advocacy<\/b>: CCS is committed to providing ongoing support and advocacy to ensure that individuals with disabilities have the resources and accommodations they need to thrive in the workplace. The Employment Specialists work closely with our employer partners to support their business challenges and needs.\u00a0<\/p><p>We meet our job seekers in their employment journey without judgment or reservations.
