Elle poss\u00e9dait une exp\u00e9rience en administration et en service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, mais \u00e9prouvait des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver un emploi en raison d&#039;une interruption dans son parcours professionnel.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Rabeka souhaitait en savoir plus sur le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et d\u00e9terminer si ce poste lui conviendrait. Apr\u00e8s avoir pris contact avec un conseiller en emploi de March of Dimes Canada, elles ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de participer au programme MentorHabilet\u00e9s chez Sheridan Nurseries.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Bien qu&#039;un peu nerveuse au d\u00e9part \u00e0 l&#039;id\u00e9e du mentorat, Rabeka a saisi cette opportunit\u00e9. Ses comp\u00e9tences et son attitude positive ont impressionn\u00e9 l&#039;employeur. Un poste \u00e0 temps partiel au service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le \u00e9tait \u00e0 pourvoir chez Sheridan Nurseries.
