She had previous administrative and customer service work experience but was having trouble finding employment due to a gap in her work history.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Rabeka was interested in learning more about customer service and if this would be an interesting role and fit for her. After connecting with a Job Developer at March of Dimes Canada, they decided to pursue a MentorAbility experience with Sheridan Nurseries.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Although slightly nervous about the mentorship at first, Rabeka embraced the opportunity. She impressed the employer with her skills and positive attitude. There was a part-time customer service job opening at Sheridan Nurseries.
