font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">REALM supports individuals in attaining inclusive opportunities for personal growth, empowerment, and developing independence within the community. They use a facilitation approach that maintains dignity, self-determination, and the right to make choices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Support is provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>In the community<\/b> through their Community Inclusion Program<\/li>\n<li><b>In the home<\/b> with their Supportive Living\/Outreach Program<\/li>\n<li><b>On the job<\/b> with their employment skill development\/support and job coaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );
