We were lucky to find not one willing mentor but two in Loblaws Inc. and the Greater Toronto Airport Authority!\u202f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The job seeker\u2019s first mentorship with the Learning &amp; Development department at Loblaws was so successful that Loblaws invited the job seeker back to perform a job shadow with an entirely different manager to get a different perspective. The job seeker found their experience with Loblaws to be very informative and they were able to get feedback on their resume too.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The second mentorship with the Greater Toronto Airport Authority was equally as successful, as the job seeker not only got a look at the Learning &amp; Development department but also the Wellness and Succession Planning departments as well.
