Sometimes we can get caught up in the thought that there\u2019s never enough time to do it right but always enough time to do it again. This means we always find time to fix what\u2019s wrong, even if we felt we didn\u2019t have the time to invest in the first place.\u00a0<\/p>

This way of thinking can prevent us from making the changes that are necessary for our success. When we make changes now in a proactive manner, reactive manoeuvring is prevented in the future.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

A good example is an inclusive recruitment process. By improving the language you use during recruiting and defining the skills and characteristics you are seeking, you are also clarifying overall organizational communication, evaluation processes, and onboarding.
