Elle souhaitait acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience pratique dans une garderie afin de d\u00e9terminer si ce type de travail lui conviendrait.<\/p><p>Heureusement, nous avons pu entrer en contact avec le centre communautaire Kids and Us de Durham, en Ontario, qui a accept\u00e9 avec enthousiasme d&#039; mentor-e notre client. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce programme de MentorHabilet\u00e9s , notre client a visit\u00e9 les locaux, pos\u00e9 des questions sur le secteur et a acquis une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des responsabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au travail en garde d&#039;enfants. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l&#039;employeur a beaucoup appris sur l&#039;embauche inclusive et s&#039;est dit pr\u00eat \u00e0 mentor-e d&#039;autres clients \u00e0 l&#039;avenir.<\/p><p>Notre client a constat\u00e9 que travailler avec les enfants lui \u00e9tait facile et que le plus difficile \u00e9tait de capter leur attention. C&#039;est pourquoi il pr\u00e9f\u00e9rait travailler avec de tr\u00e8s jeunes enfants, moins actifs. Son principal enseignement\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Les enfants pleurent pour quatre raisons\u00a0: ils ont faim, il faut les changer, ils sont fatigu\u00e9s ou ils veulent jouer.\u00a0\u201d Et nous devons dire que c&#039;est un excellent conseil\u00a0!<\/p><p>Un grand merci au centre communautaire Kids and Us pour avoir rendu possible une autre exp\u00e9rience de mentorat r\u00e9ussie !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The employers learned a lot about inclusive hiring and said they\u2019d be happy to mentor other jobseekers in the future.
