situation de handicap ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des programmes de mentorat en milieu de travail.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6895460 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6895460\" data-element_type=\"section\" explorer deux facteurs essentiels \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de l'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle et de l'avancement de carri\u00e8re des personnes en situation de handicap : la divulgation du handicap et le mentorat. Cette \u00e9tude examine les facilitateurs et les obstacles \u00e0 la divulgation en milieu de travail et ce qu'ils signifient pour des milieux de travail inclusifs. Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l'acc\u00e8s aux opportunit\u00e9s de mentorat et son impact sur la carri\u00e8re des personnes handicap\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/p><p>La recherche comprend des donn\u00e9es provenant d'une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1 000 adultes en \u00e2ge de travailler de tout le Canada qui vivent avec un handicap, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par 30 entretiens avec des mentors et des mentor\u00e9s. L'enqu\u00eate et les entretiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s entre d\u00e9cembre 2024 et f\u00e9vrier 2025. Le mod\u00e8le actuel incombe \u00e0 l'employ\u00e9 de divulguer et de demander de l'aide, ce qui peut \u00eatre une d\u00e9cision difficile. Certaines ont subi des cons\u00e9quences, comme la stigmatisation ou des repr\u00e9sailles.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Soutiens hautement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques<\/strong> cong\u00e9s maladie inclus, horaires flexibles, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et options de cong\u00e9s sans solde.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Les am\u00e9nagements am\u00e9liorent l'accessibilit\u00e9 pendant le recrutement<\/strong>: Le fait qu'on vous interroge sur les am\u00e9nagements peut influencer la divulgation.
