d'un ensemble diversifi\u00e9 d'individus en comprenant et en valorisant les diff\u00e9rents parcours, exp\u00e9riences et opinions. Le recrutement inclusif devrait chercher \u00e0 attirer des candidats diversifi\u00e9s dans divers domaines tels que l'\u00e2ge, le sexe, la race et les capacit\u00e9s.<\/li><br>\n \t<li>Si le processus de recrutement n'est pas inclusif, il aura tendance \u00e0 favoriser les candidats avec lesquels l'intervieweur se connecte sur un plan personnel ou ceux qui ressemblent aux employ\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place dans l'entreprise.
